"My wife and I are out of province purchasers (BC). We visited Winnipeg

and met up with Ken to view one of his listing we spotted on
the Internet. Ken took the time to introduce us to the area and view some
perspective properties. Even though are interest was only to become
acquainted with the area for a future purchase, he gladly spent the time and
shared his expertise with us.

We returned to BC and over the next few months we e-mailed back and forth
discussing properties of interest. We revisited Winnipeg and again met
